This project entailed the comprehensive interior design and supply chain management for a high-end private residence in Maputo, Mozambique, serving as a retirement home for a distinguished client with a professional background in African economic policy. The architectural and interior design was completed by a local firm, while SynerLuxe was entrusted with the full integration of the Chinese supply chain to deliver a complete, coordinated living space.
As first-time users of a Chinese supply chain for their home project, the clients sought a seamless, high-quality experience that balanced aesthetic elegance with functional excellence. Their core objectives included achieving perfect harmony in spatial aesthetics and functionality, establishing clear and efficient communication throughout the process, and receiving end-to-end support from concept to installation.
Faced with the complexity of coordinating 29 specialized suppliers across categories including custom cabinetry, doors & windows, sanitaryware, lighting, and solar systems, SynerLuxe implemented an integrated, full-cycle solution.

Design Coordination & Customization: We worked closely with the client and the architectural team through multiple rounds of revisions, meticulously refining custom furniture drawings and optimizing key functional areas like the kitchen and bathrooms to achieve the desired balance of beauty and utility.
End-to-End Supply Chain Integration: SynerLuxe consolidated and managed the entire procurement and production process across all 29 suppliers. We established a transparent workflow, providing visibility and control from factory selection and production monitoring to final packing and shipping.
Streamlined Communication & Project Management: A dedicated project manager served as the single point of contact, ensuring direct and efficient communication. This established a clear "design-confirm-execute" feedback loop, preventing delays and maintaining alignment throughout the year-long project timeline.
Quality Assurance & Delivery Execution: We implemented strict quality control during production and conducted pre-shipment inspections. The project was successfully shipped in three coordinated batches according to plan, with the first batch—featuring aluminum doors and windows—already received, installed, and highly praised by the client for its quality and fit.
