This project is located on the shores of Lake Malawi in Monkey Bay, Mozambique, and serves as a crucial component of the large-scale master plan for the GOSHEN New City. Spearheaded by a locally influential religious leader, the new city encompasses mixed-use functions including religious, commercial, residential, and tourism zones, with a planned development cycle of ten years. As one of the initial core structures within this new city, SynerLuxe was entrusted with the comprehensive delivery for this auditorium project, covering all aspects except for the main structure and seating. This included the integrated supply of interior and exterior finishes, professional acoustic materials, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, and curtain wall engineering.
Facing challenges such as a weak local supply chain foundation, limited professional construction support, and an initially disjointed client procurement process that was misaligned with the construction schedule, we provided a complete solution from design enablement to on-site delivery:
Design Leadership and Visualization
For interior areas undefined by the client, we proactively delivered professional design schemes and 3D renderings, achieving design visualization and establishing a solid foundation for subsequent construction and material selection.
Multi-system Integrated Supply
We consolidated and supplied interior finishes and acoustic materials, electrical equipment, exterior facade systems, glass curtain walls, and HVAC systems, ensuring all components met design specifications and on-site conditions.
End-to-End Logistics and Complex Technical Support
We managed complete door-to-door logistics from factories in China to the project site in Malawi. For complex systems like curtain walls and HVAC, we provided both remote and on-site technical support to ensure smooth installation and commissioning.
Professionalized Project Process Management
Upon our involvement, we assisted the client in restructuring the procurement plan to strictly align with construction phases. This corrected the previous misalignment between procurement and project progress, significantly enhancing overall execution efficiency.
The project is currently in the installation phase. Through deep involvement in this project, SynerLuxe has demonstrated its capability to provide one-stop delivery—spanning design, procurement, logistics, and technical services—for large-scale, complex projects in Africa.
