Case Details

This project involved the comprehensive interior supply chain management for a four-star boutique hotel in London, UK. The client, a local construction company, was utilizing Chinese supply chain services for the first time for project execution. SynerLuxe served as the full-cycle supply chain management partner, providing end-to-end support from product selection, technical detailing, production coordination to international logistics.


The project initially faced multiple challenges: the client provided only initial design concepts without complete construction drawings, and no architect was involved throughout the process, placing high demands on onsite measurement verification and structural coordination. Additionally, the client's family had prior reservations about the quality of Chinese supply chains, making this project a critical test to validate the capabilities of Chinese manufacturing and services. Furthermore, all materials had to strictly comply with UK safety, environmental, and fire protection standards, while requiring coordinated delivery of multiple product categories within a tight timeline.


To address these challenges, SynerLuxe developed a systematic solution covering four key dimensions: technical, quality control, supply chain, and delivery.

  • Technical Detailing and Design Coordination
    In the absence of complete construction drawings, we proactively organized partner factories to conduct detailed design work and maintained ongoing dimension verification and installation node confirmation with the client's team. Physical material samples were provided to ensure accurate realization of the design intent.

  • Quality and Compliance Assurance
    We rigorously selected suppliers with British/European standard certifications to ensure all products met UK fire safety and security requirements. Critical product categories were supported with test reports, and full pre-shipment inspections along with sampling tests were implemented to guarantee consistent delivery quality.

  • Supply Chain Coordination and Cost Optimization
    Leveraging the Chinese supply chain system, we achieved significant cost savings for the client, with some flooring materials costing only about 10% of local procurement prices. Faced with changing requirements and schedule pressures during delivery, we established a dedicated tracking mechanism to coordinate production across multiple factories, ensuring timely completion of main product categories.

  • Delivery Support and Onsite Response
    We aligned logistics and arrival schedules with the client's onsite progress and provided remote installation guidance. Throughout the project, our team responded promptly to technical queries and change requests, ensuring smooth onsite installation.



To date, the marble tiles, mosaics, wall fabrics, carpets, and other products already in use have received client approval for their installation results, material quality, and installation compatibility. The project has not only validated the product quality and service capabilities of the Chinese supply chain but has also established reliable cooperation experience for the client's future projects.

Through this project, SynerLuxe has further enhanced its full-process coordination and delivery capabilities for high-end international hotel projects, particularly those lacking complete documentation.
